I'm kinda disgusted by the way the production is using David's death to get the viewers. "In tommorow's episode!"... Really?
On the other hand, it'd be quite weird if they hadn't show us a bit of Angie's reaction and put it all on the side pretending like nothing happened.
I don't know...

it was probably the most tastefull way to let viewers know they were covering it. a tweet or spoken words would have been distastefull if you think about it.

Its not, some people who could not be bothered to watch BOts (where Rylan explained) or watch tv news in the morning did not understand what they saw

so some mug twats complained to offcom and offcom will do NOTHING about it

I wouldn't have made the decision to air it, but I won't condemn them for it- it was Angie's decision to stay in the house and she knew that by making this decision her emotions/reactions would be part of the show.

A spokesperson for Channel 5 said: “Angie Bowie was told off-camera about the tragic death of David Bowie by her agent. She then took the decision to remain in the house of her own accord. Last night’s preview of the upcoming programme included footage of Angie in the diary room after she had heard the news about her ex-husband
