Haven't watched a series since January 2015 and I plan on starting again in summer. If Rylan has any bigger part than he does now, I'm staying well away

Rylan's really underated tbh, he can actually be better than Emma sometimes and she can be biased and he isn't, even with people like Winston. He totally destroyed him by dancing all camp around him while Jane McDonald is performing on a plastic cruise ship

He also got an NTA nomination this year along with graham norton and ant & dec so clearly he means something.

Why wouldn't Emma host BB, I know she's having a baby but she still has a husband who will take care of the baby when she does the live shows (which will be once a week)

Wasn't Emma pregnant throughout BB12, presenting BBBots every night and then a month off with the baby and back again for CBB9 in January? She only has to do 1 night a week now, I'm sure she'll manage.

As for her less exited nature lately, I'd be slightly less enthusiastic about my job if I was heavily pregnant, and had to stand out in the cold for hours on end. I haven't noticed a change in Emma, when I went to Winstons eviction she spoke to the crowd loads. She's lush

The planning application does mention a "significant lead time" until the next series so I do think they're probably going to hold it back which both gives Emma a couple of months grace and extra time to complete the refurbishments.

I wouldn't be surprised if Celebrity Big Brother returns in mid-July, after Euro 2016, and then after the main series is held back until the autumn, after the Olympics.

Surely they could begin it on like 1st of June and then have it wrapped up in the first week of August before the Olympics? That would make it roughly the same length as BB16.

A very quick return for Emma though, and something an employer should be keen to avoid - indeed I think for anyone not taking up full maternity a period of at least 4 weeks is still recommended before any return to work.

I do think (thankfully) C5 are more likely to delay the series a few weeks than use Rylan, so wouldn't be surprised with a late June or July start.

If they did use Rylan though they could play the idea of an evictees house twist into it - everyone evicted under Rylan's tenure would be sent to the evictee house and then once Emma returns the evictions begin for real.
