Simon, Dannii, Louis and Tulisa would be my ideal panel tbh. Bring Dermot back too, scrap the live judges houses and do 10 weeks of live shows again

I love Sia such a unique talent and so underrated but yea I do kinda hope she never does it because she deserves better

Yeah if Sia was to do one if these Talent shows I think she should do the voice USA I think she's been a mentor on there before helping contestants. I wouldn't mind Sia coming on the show to mentor the acts for the week.

It was my first year watching, but why fire just Caroline? Why not Olly too? He is the one who made the Monica mistake.

They both made mistakes, cause imo, it´s just not the right kind of hosting job for them.
It´s live, meaning there is no room for mistakes, which brings enormous amount of stress and anxiety which these two aren´t clearly good at handling, when dealing with a job where one of them does not know anything about hosting (Olly) and the other one is a host that is better suited for previously recorded shows (Caroline), not live television.

If Olly stays he stays backstage with the contestants when the live shows start. Get someone who has live show expierence to present the show with him.

I didn't watch last year but Nick must have been really really bad if Simon thinks he was to blame for the ratings drop
