The reporting on this has been a disgrace I've just listened to a press conference by the Cypriot President where he claimed it wasn't terrorist related and there was lots of laughter about a women being involved, now it appears it is terrorist related

He..a lone person by the looks of things, he might be bluffing which has all sorts of implications for travel and if he does have a gun/bomb the staff at the airport he travelled out of should be sacked

According to the Cyprus Broadcasting Corporation, via Reuters, the hijacker has now made a political demand: the release of some unspecified female prisoners in Egypt.
