Your second point is invalid, because not only has the UK NOT 'got things in place' and 'prepared properly' - we cannot even feed, clothe, house, or give proper medical and hospital services to our EXISTING population. Not to mention education, benefits and other services.

Additionally, we are a tiny island - not physically capable of accomodating unlimited numbers of additional people.

No one - NOT EVEN FARAGE - is advocating a total ban on immigrants, just proper control of both QUANTITY and QUALITY, and not even the most confused of 'Remain' supporters can find fault with that desire, surely.

I knew you would come back with that Kirk, I concede that to you, ease up worrying, I think 'leave' has this now,I really do.

Although I do disagree as to immigration,I feel it can be handled better and more sensitively and respectfully for the dignity of those human beings who wish to migrate.

I just believe even if we leave, likely little will change in the end anyway.
So I prefer to take the chance of the UK working within the EU to make progress properly, and not in a discriminating way against any other human beings.

This has been one crazy Tibb subject though Joey, hasn't it?

I - who supported Cameron and detested Corbyn - end up detesting Cameron and seeing some honour in Corbyn.

Still, things will soon be back to more lie normal after the 23rd, but I'm afraid as far as I am concerned - whatever the result - I will never forgive Cameron and Osborne for their deceit.

It is divisive kirk and I have always respected your view that out is best, you have been steady on that all through your time on tibb.
I have had, as maybe you have, quite heated differences even with some in my own family.
So when I have challenged and appeared more grumpy, none of it was toned in a bad way, however the written word does not convey that tone.

On this issue I see more honour in Cameron and less in Corbyn, there it is
It is an upside down, all over the place issue, albeit a very important one.

Nearly over now, and for sure, I will be one of the first on here Friday or Saturday who, if the result is to leave, will be congratulating you on that result and your efforts as to same.
Even though we have massively disagreed throughout.

Thank you Joey, and you can be assured that should the decision be to remain - which I am sure it will be - I will graciously accept defeat, and reciprocate by congratulating you.

The debate raised by an 'EU Referendum' is just once in a lifetime, but the debates raised by being a member of Tibb are perpetual.

Doesn't work like that Kirk. As you know, my stance is that the world is on an irreversible downwards spiral across the board... So when the UK inevitably continues to plummet after the referendum - no matter what the result - I personally won't be buying it when the "losing side" starts bleating "none of this would be happening if...".

We're arguing over whether it's more effective to stop a train crash by building tiny barriers out of toothpicks, or by trying to slow it down by throwing wet cotton wool at the windscreen. Train's going where it's going .

I'm a realist who hasn't seen any indication of global improvement in over a decade; and plenty indication that things are and will only continue to get worse.

I find the idea that leaving the EU could somehow spark a new "golden age" for Britain to be utter fantasy... there is literally no evidence for it at all other than "high hopes", and delusions of grandeur in a large - and crumbling - world.

It's not how full your glass is, it's what's in your glass that counts, a glass half full of hope is better than a glass full of spite.

But a glass half full of false hope is a glass of nothing that it was a waste of time and energy to pour .

Nothing wrong with an empty glass, you hold on to that empty glass and when you find something worth putting in it, fill your boots
