Yeah I think she was awful tonight but I don't mind the hypocrisy over things, I find it quite funny rather than infuriating because of her delivery.

She isn't being sarcastic. She's expecting Evelyn to follow the rules when she doesn't follow them herself.

Just like she feels perfectly justified in holding a grudge against Evelyn and Laura for talking about her friends but thinks Jayne's a demon ( for holding a grudge) even though she was personally attacked by Natalie.
