Certainly not Andy. What was he thinking talking to the house and claiming, with no evidence , that they had been saying things behind other HM's backs. Did he expect them all to say 'Yes, and thanks for point that out Andy. I will strive to do better'. Naturally they got all defensive and he was the one who ended up walking away from the conversation. There was a certain level of 'who does he think he is' to the whole thing/.

..what Girth said...he puts himself out there as a bit of a non-confrontational/peacemaker type person...a 'rational' person and yet he takes it upon himself to act in a way that is only going to cause huge confrontations/emotions etc....then distances himself from it all...you did it, you own it, baby....

I do agree with with your comment about lateiha (or something like that), and i kinda agree with Andy. But i don't think that Andy is great.
But i'm happy that Andy is standing up against the others.

Clearly Andy... I like how they call him patronizing and smug because he can keep his cool in a discussion. Umm no. Ok yeah he is a bit patronizing and smug at times, but not because of that. It makes the rest of them look like spoilt little children who can't take a hit to their precious ego. I do like Lateysha and Ryan at times, but they seriously need a reality check. I really hate the attitude of 'I've said I don't like them to their face so if I bitch about them it's not talking about them behind their backs'.
