This is a lil off topic but,from what I've heard,Jo doesn't look upon S Club 7 as 'the good times' as far as I know,she didn't enjoy herself atall,and is glad that stage of her life is over.

I think you are pushing this too far now, with all due respect.

Simply put it is impossible to slander or libel someone in english law if you do not know their real name, and identify them as such in your alleged slander/libel.

The circumstances are made by the members.

If the member you are referring to is a PR person then by posting against them you giving then the right to reply and state their opinions over and over again. Giving them what they want more publicity to their client. If they are paid to do this sort of work then they are not going to go away. It's their job.

And in any case it is against the rules of the site to insult the other members or not good practice to make accusations against over members you can prove.

People found insulting other members will be warned.

I do not think what Tinkerbell said was an insult. Anyway, back to the subject. I feel bad for Jo and would not want anyone to be in such a depressive suicidal state. The problem is "the media". You hear so many conflicting reports, and so much bullshit, it becomes difficult to know what is truth and what is lies. I tend to rely more on televised interviews and press conferences, because then I know these to be true. I find a few things hard to bear with Jo though. In the NOTW interview on Sunday, she said she would not let her friend call an ambulance after she had taken an overdose, as she did not want the story to get out. 2 weeks later, she's giving an interview about it. If I was her friend, I would have called an ambulance no matter what, because if she died, I would not want to carry around the burden of that for the rest of my life. So I find that a bit hard to believe. Also, when Jade was having her rant at Shilpa, she just sat there with Danielle and LAUGHED. Not the actions of a very nice person is it? She acted like a school kid. Jo could have acted very differently in that situation, and the nation would have respected her for that. And afterwards, she would not even apologise. That's what has got peoples backs up. Don't you think people have forgiven Danielle more? At least when she came out of the house, and Davina asked her what she had learnt. She retorted "not to be such a bitch". Nuff said.

Jo's agent has denied the suicide story, and other stories that have been printed about Jo. I wouldn't rely on the Daily Star for your information.
