Just to let all you lovely people who gave me such good advice regarding having/not having the injections into my eye. Well I did it. Luckily the waiting time isn't long and this morning I had the first injection. The next is in six weeks time.
It wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. In fact the worst bit was having the disinfectant stuff put in my eye, that stung like a bugger. But the injection itself I hardly felt and it really was a two second job.
So now I can reccomend to others to go for it if you ever need that kind of treatment.
Thanks once again for all the support you Tibbies gave me.

Yes it certainly was arista. After the third injection they are going to test my eyes again to see if my sight has improved (a third of people react favourably to this treatment) But at least doing something is better than doing nothing isn't it.
