Exactly. Kim has ten times the screen presence, wit and character perception he has and he can't stand it so is reverting to a critical child role in psychologist terms. Basically the naughty kid in the class that gets all the other kids to laugh at him. It's really quite sad how much he thinks of himself because of all the lack of career he tries to throw at Kim, he is in a much worse position because people in the industry know that he's a prick hence why he's had to go in Celebrity Big Brother not once but twice.

I love Kim, but she is utterly humourless and not in the least good at managing people. She rides over people like a double decker bus with no perception of how to get her point across successfully without alienating people.
But James J gave her a lesson tonight, telling her that if she spoke more calmly to people instead of yelling at them they might really listen to what she has to say. She seemed to listen to that sage advice. I wonder will she be able to manage it..
And in case you didn't notice, all the all - stars are in the series twice.

I think there's a big difference between having excellent character perception and having good people skills - Kim is living proof of that. She goes in like a bull in a china shop with pretty accurate words but delivers them in the wrong way.
