Do you seriously think the mother of two children would consider mocking the death of a child 'lower'? It's the lowest of the low. Not just 'lower'. Do you seriously think she'd say it anyway? it wasn't the right thing to say of course and i didn't agree with it(which is why i changed my profile favourites. Both were in the wrong(Nicola went a tad too far) and things like someone being a mother should be left out of the argument.

As a woman who cannot have children because of a medical condition I am very aware of such things and would never dream of saying that to another woman because like you said you dont know peoples life story and its just something that doesnt need to be said.

Kim was on the series of I'm a Celebrity after Nicola's, which was when the story was prevalent in the media.

I don't doubt that Nicola was a probably a columnist for some magazine, or made an appearance on the side-show that made her privvy to the information. It's all guesswork, but I wouldn't be so surprised that she'd stoop that low.
