I'm not talking about what she has said before, I'm saying, I firmly believe if she had made the exact same comments as Piers did here, you would be livid, the only reason you're not livid now is because Piers is a man and she's a woman.

I don't give her comments from the other thread a free pass, if you read that thread you will see that I thought those comments were disgusting and said as much in that thread but we are not talking about those comments in this thread. My point was if she or any woman had made these comments you would be livid but you're not because Piers is a man.

Also, i didn't say only men use it, i said in my experience I've heard men use it more than women but you seem to blame feminazis for it instead of admitting men are big contributors to the problem

I agree, and I don't even think he will have tweeted what he did because he particularly wanted to have a serious discussion or offer an opinion on it, there's other mediums someone in his position has access to for that, it comes over purely as attention grabbing (a la Katie Hopkins), and that's the worst thing about this imo, not just that he has such a gross opinion on something, but that he's using something like mental illness as a way of attracting attention to himself. It's contrived, selfish, and potentially really damaging to other people, he should be ashamed, but I'm sure he's revelling in the retweets and replies I'll never understand his appeal.
