He has Napoleon Complex/Little Dude Syndrome. Most little guys are loud ass rockets when their feelings are hurt, or they're embarrassed in front of others! Especially females.
Notice when he yells, his fake voice changes right quick, and be sounds psycho? He showed his true colors very quick. I guess him thinking he is adored by the public.. is keeping him safe. Keep talking Tommy boy.

I kinda like him... He's alright.

That one girl that reminded me of someone off of the Jersey Shore would've been good though.
