Do we? For most twenty-somethings these days it's pretty much the same - they say "I'm gay" at some point, and their parents come to terms with it. How his parents react to such an arbitrary thing isn't interesting.

all im saying is that sexuality is a spectrum, and raph should know that its okay not to identify as gay. in fact based on what he said in his profile vt and how he has acted in the house, he should consider demisexuality, or something along those lines.

I have really warmed to Raph. I didn't want to support him just because he is a forum member...I wanted to judge him on what I saw. He is a likeable guy who clearly doesn't like controversy but he is kind and courteous and his head is screwed on. He will be seen as weak and a people pleaser and I want to see him dig a few people out for their faults...but I don't think that will happen.
Raph and Charlotte are my favourites at the moment...Chanelles heart is in the right place but along with the rest of them she's thick and trashy. Lotan is just trying to be Mr Nice guy all of the time and I don't buy it.

Agree with everything in this post but to add about Raph I do think he's using everything he knows about BB in a very clever way (which I love)

but sometimes you just say gay to make it easier to explain.

Maybe he is gay, and its his choice what he wants to identify as.

but as a forum we are here to comment on the housemates

and he just doesnt seem to know who he is and is hence why he avoids talking about it and being his true self.

The whole idea that he is not "gay enough" for some is ridiculous. Maybe he isn't defined by his sexuality and is secure enough in himself to not think that his bedroom proclivities define him.
Maybe he wants to show the world that all gay men aren't just crazy, horny, bitchy effeminate caricatures that are so often portrayed on television.
I am not someone who ever really mentions my sexual activity or inclinations...its not for being ashamed or not knowing myself, but for the fact that it really is the least interesting thing about me....

This! There's so much more to Raph than his sexuality. Housemates are underestimating him, but that's a good thing for us fans.
