You can wash your hair as normal, using paraben and sulphate free shampoo which I use anyway

aw right, go for it, 12 weeks is good value when you consider a normal blowdry is about 30.00 here in London anyway

Definitely worth it, when I grew my hair I had it done twice and my hair was gorgeous for ages after.

I'd reccomend investing in a good shampoo and conditioner though to go with, last loads longer if you look after your hair.
