I really like James Martin but he is swiftly turning into a tv advert for diabetes, he loves his butter etc and the amounts he uses is scarily unhealthy and his appearance is really showing it imo

You don't get diabetes from butter... You get diabetes from high non-natural sugar content (sweets, but the worst offender is sugary drinks) and too many refined carbs (bread, pasta) that cause havok with blood sugar levels.

Unless you have an allergy / intolerance, good quality full-fat dairy is good for you .

I can cook most main dishes quite well but not great on cakes, pastries breads etc. I reckon its my oven. I've got an old gas oven and need to upgrade to a newer electric or fan oven
