No....because no one can say if roxy was hurt or not...so it wont stand up in court...infact the fact he did hit her would go against him.

He could, but he said himself he just wants to move on and put it behind him. If she does do something dumb though after her walk, defamation, etc then I think it'd probably lead to a lawsuit. I guess his feelings can change too once he sees the video...
