he said to him by the pool: don't bull**** the bull****ter thus admitting he plays it himself and wanting akeem to admit it too
akeem is inoffensive but is that real him? laughing at any joke in an insincere way, staying on everybody's good side, spilling something unfavourable after nominations, playing house leader etc
I don't mind him at all but by himself he is very bland (again, bet that's strategic as he doesn't want to ruffle any feathers)
