I think all showmance stuff is ridiculous, boring and generally fake tbh and I wish that BB wouldn't bother showing them at all. I figure if there stopped being so much focus put on them, people wouldn't bother. So many viewers seem to fall for it too and be all 'aww thats sweet hun x' about it

Really really hope this one doesn't take off as the editors are giving him too much airtime to start with. Sure his mam/dad must work on the bloody show

Well I hope thats not the route this is going down. Its boring as ****, and one thing I have liked about this years show is the lack of showmances (I know Isaac and Sian were trying to get one started, but luckily the public evicted him before it could start properly). Though I am sure, if this does take off, suddenly those who usually moan about showmances will love it. And it will be made out that those who always moan about showmances..every year, are only moaning as its Lewis

Indeed....I always forget how people get so blinkered every year in favour of their favourites. As someone who has no one I have actually warmed that much to let alone have any one who can come close to being arsed about, its funny to see the tit for tat arguements over this shower this year.

I don't like showmances...and I don't think Lewis will go there.

He's too paranoid in the house...he trusts no one. He just won't go there...nothing wrong with a cuddle just like he does with Brooke (although he knows he can trust her )..but that will be it.

Anyway..it will be another opportunity for the anti Lewis brigade to start posting.

I really didn't see this as any attempt at a showmance. They weren't actually in bed with each other but lying on top of it fully clothed, and there was little contact between them really. He has done this with others too, and was more affectionate with Brooke.

Lots of housemates lay on the same bed together, and I just think it's a need for the comfort of some human contact.

What struck me as strange was the fact they have spoken so negatively about each other and then laid together like that. Maybe there is a physical attraction between them but I don't think they truly connect as people, and I don't think Lewis is the type to get into a showmance, as he is too guarded. Imo, the most he might do is mess around with her a bit, as he enjoys the feeling that someone is attracted to him.

However, I really didn't read too much into the bed thing.

As Cian said, "It gets lonely in there" and a cuddle can help in those situations.
