60 years old and almost into her 5th decade...  Completely agree with this poster on atrl. "I find it impressive how Madonna with no hits this era (as expected) is now above J Lo which keeps trying every year and is one generation younger than Madonna...or even Britney and Christina Aguilera which are 2 generations younger than Madonna and their fans stream a lot more than Madonna's fans. Also, her top 10 on spotify includes 4 hits from the 80's, 1 hit from the 90's, 2 hits from the 00's and 3 songs from the 10's Medellin in less than a month has already surpassed Mariah's latest first single (that came out like over 6 months ago) and is now almost reaching Janet's Made For Now that came out like 8 or 9 months ago. If only for us all to have something to discuss during the holidays: - Do not expect anything in 2018. - Official info will begin to be shared little by little in the first weeks of January. - At the moment the definitive track listing is not done yet. - She really put her heart and soul into this album. No fillers here. - "Killers" is indeed a killer track. - She didn't play it safe. She took risks musically and he really means RISKS. Some of the tracks people will be like "WOW, what is that?!" At first listen. Of course a couple of tracks are less innovative, more commercial. But even those are top notch. - Some tracks you can't compare to any other music out there really, at least not that he knows of. The only thing is that it's not a very cohesive album as a whole. But the tracks are so out of this world that you couldn't care less about cohesiveness. but according to him, the album is not messy (as he thinks "Rebel Heart" was). - It's no secret that there will be Latino influences on the album so to a certain extent people who love tracks like "Spanish Lesson" will be happy. But of course the Latino tracks do not sound like "Spanish Lesson". They are way better. The influences on this album are incredible. - In his opinion, this is her best album since COADF."

Madonna, Eurovision production said fighting over song choice
Madonna is threatening to pull out of her planned performance at the Eurovision Song Contest in Israel in May due to a dispute over her choice of songs, Hebrew media reported Wednesday. The disagreement is said to center on one song in particular — a new unreleased single that deals with US politics. While producers have asked Madonna to leave the song out of her set due to its potentially divisive nature, she is said to be insisting on its inclusion, threatening to cancel her participation.
