I reckon 40ish is a good age to stop,Specially if you have boys.
I’m younger than that and my boys knacker me out. Full of energy.Always wanting to fight and play games that involve some kind of intense cardio. They don’t half keep you fit. I could imagine if i was mid 40’s I wouldn’t be able to keep up. |

There isn't a limit. If you're still biologically able to have children and believe that you'll be fit enough to bring up the child until they're old enough to fend for themselves, then by all means go ahead.

Personally I want to be young enough to see my child grow up into adulthood and be able to do all sorts of different experiences with them. I'd prefer to have a child before 30 with this in mind.

like I personally think any age is good to have a kid as long as you're able to bring the child up. but personally I'd wanna have a child while I'm young, if I will have kids that is
