uh no not directly on the forum it isn't possible, but i usually have music on YouTube or windows media player while reading through posts on here

as for how to do that on Phone i don't know i don't have a mobile Phone myself

You can do it in a split screen mode in a tablet.

You have YouTube on the other screen with selected music/playlist playing (by your choice) and you can browse the web with Google Chrome ose. on the other.
