Honestly I think it's probably an error. I'm fairly sure Big Brother would still be going right now if they'd kept it to once-a-year event television and I think if LI runs in January, people will be far less hyped for the summer series, and viewership will decline from there. A mis-step, IMO.

nah maybe one celebrity series for fun in january only to run for 1 or 2 weeks, also they could have celebs with their own charities, they could do it a bit differently than the civilian main LI series honestly


and the real main event being civilian LI in summer which lasts quite throughout most of summer
