So... we have a swastika the size of a thumbnail in a police station and this has been told to us by the police themselves, and apparently that points to institutional racism. And we have a major political party being investigated by the EHRC following countless complaints... but there's nothing to see there.

What's that to do with anything? I'm suggesting that it proves there are bad apples in any organisation. The Mcpherson report 20yrs ago found institutional racism like the labour party I feel that was unfair on the many just and unprejudiced officers serve the public.
