Just a reminder that you're more angry about £6 then millions of taxpayers' money being given away to Tory donors.

They only have pop, crisps and sweets in vending machines don't they?

So even if she was starving she wasn't going to get a Sunday roast out of them is she.

Hospital restaurant....coffee shop in the lobby....if she needed food she could have gone to one of those

to suggest a nurse is starving and has to steal dead peoples bank cards to eat jink food is just preposterous

She was a HCA, not a nurse and so probably on minimum wage of just over, not £34k

Why are you more bothered about £6 than the tories siphoning millions of taxpayer pounds to their backers and friends? You should ask yourself why you think theft on a grand scale is okay, but you're up in arms about £6. In fact, I ask that of all tory supporters, sort out your priorities.

If it was you, you would have bought shoes as well.

The NHS IS NOT trash , we can't judge everyone the same just because this particular NHS worker decided to be disrespectful and cold to the dead. I actually worry about the future of the NHS.

Its not about the amount or what she bought. Its an abuse of her position and the trust the family have put in the NHS. I am sure she was overworked and underpaid as a HCA at the moment but stealing from a dead woman....is low.

It may seem trivial to some as it was only £6 but that woman's family will not think like that. They have just lost a family member and someone is stealing from them before they're even cold??? Grim tbh

The woman who died will not feel aggrieved but her family will. They may not even have been informed before this woman stole from her. Its a massive abuse of trust

of course i know this, it also happens in my nation yes, i see on our crimewatch over here way too many times, also to still living elderly, whom get robbed by young girls usually, whom seem harmless at first but distract the older lady/man long enough to go through his/her wallet, also sometimes before this following their intended victim in the supermarket to look at pin number first

i am most definitely not ageist, and i myself would never ever do something like this

You might be,but you think your family would be happy that someone who was meant to be looking after you had stolen from you before you were cold?

I would have been livid if an NHS worker had stolen from my mum....she wouldn't have cared but its just the abuse of trust, not the money that would have pissed me off. I would have let her use my mums card had she asked but to gave taken it without asking is grim.

If it was me lying there dead I'd feel like you, but that's not the point....people are bound to be pissed off. If a nurse nicked your wallet while you were visiting someone would you just let that go? This is no different
