That would be the ideal solution. He would have time to settle into the role whilst still young enough to have a successful reign.

Yes I think Charles is stuck in a time warp. We need a modern King with his adorable wife and family at his side who can appeal to all generations.

Agreed! They are such assets to the institution. William is such perfect King material, Kate is gorgeous, dignified with such a lovely unassuming personality - and how beautiful are those children?

Hmmm...some abuse of position certainly seems to have happened here. Also, it says the ceremony was private and not published in the calendar so would seemingly seem to suggest it wasn't as upfront as it should be. Whether Charles was aware, who knows but he should have been
