They're both bad imo, it's imo one has actions taking place whilst the other is words from a 19 year old at the time.

Both are bad, but I personally just take more offence to the urination aspect of the former.

Not sure what's so difficult for Piers to understand, if Rafiq was the only individual affected by the racism he described than the two might be equivalent; but he wasn't. The whole reason its a story is that it revealed a racism in cricket that will have affected countless Asian players over the years

He's perfectly right of course. Deal with the people who were being racist and stop trying to project it on to a society as a whole. That panel knew that, the MPs know that, but they do it anyway because like Mr Peterson says, "it divides people" and a divided people makes them more powerful.

It's true that the Governments around the world love division within society as it's easier for our dear leaders to get away with doing certain policies that they'd never get away with if society as a whole was more united.
