I bought a bunch of gym equipment to make a home gym, because I knew I'd be too lazy to leave the house just for a workout

Well done what an achievement! On the days you don't go to the gym do some meal prep? Just think of it as a muscle repair day and relax

Just go today, and try and get into the habit of going early in the morning and get it out of the way

Started back today as I said - only an hour or so but it was great to be back.

On top of the gym I’ve also walked 10 miles with the dogs today too so I’m knackered now. Might get a cappuccino as a treat in a bit (no sugar).
