Either the removal of certain demographics rights is bad or it’s not, but certain people are quite happy to pick and choose when it’s okay to take peoples rights away as it suits them

The right being removed in this case is the right for women to compete against only other women. Women only competing against women, or transwomen competing against women - two ideas which contradict each other. Women and transwomen can't simulateously be catered to in this situation.
