It wasn't even hard to watch this one without buying it, loads of dodgy TikTok livestreams were showing it

Extra dodgy: I put £10 on Fury to get knocked down in the 8th @7/1... Because I saw a TikTok earlier saying the whole fight was scripted and that he would go down in the 8th. Maybe coincidence but I thought I'd give it a shot and that's exactly what happened .

Though they also said Fury would be well ahead on points but then lose to a TKO because of an eye injury (setting up a rematch).

Edit: just rewatched the final round... While he didn't go out in a TKO, Fury did have damage to his eye! shenanigans, what are the chances of the pre-fight "leak" predicting both of those things? Hmmmm.

It said that Fury would lose though so it literally couldn’t be more wrong

Luke gets me sucked into all the Youtube fighting, I get the full histories of each fighter, actually the last card we watched with KSI fighting was really enjoyable because they weren't real boxers, the scrapiness and unpredictability of it was hilarious

Interviewer: "Are you proud of what Tommy has achieved?"

Dad Fury: "Yeah he's worked hard and done great, and I can't get it out me head, coming down that tunnel and everyone chanting Tommy! Tommy! Tommy! ... and I just thought, from the bottom of me heart... I *love* Saudia Arabia, everyone should come here on holiday."

Tommy's face!

I much prefer it to pro boxing, I wish more social media people would start throwing hands at each other.

Jackspeticeye vs Ninja... DanTDM vs Mr Beast... the possibilities are endless.

You need to get out more.

Fury was always going to be ahead on points he is a trained boxer, paul is a hit and hope guy

In boxing when you are down on points in the last round boxer go all out, do or die

All the way through the fight paul was dangerous with his head and that’s what caused the cut.

Even a tarot reader can get a few things right, it’s called probability

If you watch all of the (years long) build up to this you can practically see when and with whom contracts were signed... Tyson Fury went from "this is a joke and an embarrassment we'll disown him, he shouldn't even be considering this circus!" to "...Jake Paul is a good chap and a legit boxer this will be a great fight for Tommy "

There will -definitely- be a 2nd fight with even more $$ behind it. They're talking about it already.

Tommy Fury made millions from this fight on the contract alone, even more on all of the SoMed around it, he couldn't make a fraction of this cash from "traditional" fighting.

Jake Paul will fight (and probably beat) KSI and then it'll be a Paul/Fury rematch.

I’m not certain that Fury will fancy a rematch .. sure there’s the money aspect but he looked so relieved to have won afterwards I’m wondering why he would put himself through all the stress and pressure

I think it's a clause in his contract that he has to give a rematch

Sometimes the rematch only applies to one fighter and even then it’s only IF he wants to take up the option

Tank Davis has just signed to fight Ryan Garcia and yet Davis has demanded a rematch clause but just for HIMSELF !! That’s funny

He has made it clear that he will force a rematch. Paul has a rematch clause that he intends to exercise.

Watch the post-fight interview for the bit where Dad and Tommy Fury are dishing out Saudia Arabia propaganda ("Best country in the world! Saudi is so amazing! Thank you most of all to Saudi and the Prince!!")

I think I might have an idea where some of that extra $$$ has come from .
