Especially as H&M have (i think?) said they didn't actually regard the comment/question as racist. Nor did most other people. While it's not the best thing to have attributed to oneself, it's not the most damaging.

Meghan made the claim but never heard the comment because it was allegedly said to Harry. Harry denied it to Tom Bradbury saying the royal family isn't racist and blamed the British press. Omid Scobie then names the royals.... and he did, I mean, if the names were never in the manuscript, how could it be mistranslated?

I read somewhere that the names were originally in the transcript and he had them removed but they somehow (deliberately) didnt get removed from the Dutch edition
Whilst Meghan was never part of these 'racist' conversations she put the accusations out there...Harry kept quiet until his interview with Tom Bradbury where he denied it was a racist comment...This Scobie bloke has deliberately spill names to get the book promoted and Harry and Meghan have got their revenge on Charles and Kate...because if it wasn't for them the names wouldn't be out there.
