CELEBRITY BIG BROTHER LAUNCH ATTRACTS BIGGEST AUDIENCE IN OVER A DECADE

ITV1's Celebrity Big Brother launch episode attracted the biggest audience in over a decade with 3.8m viewers across all devices, 7-day consolidated figures show.

This is up on the last Channel 5 launch (2018) by +1.3m viewers.

It attracted 0.8m 16-34 year old TV viewers and so far Celebrity Big Brother has been streamed over 7 million times on ITVX.

The series continues tonight at 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX for Celebrity Big Brother: Live Eviction. Tonight, viewers will see either Fern, Lauren or Louis be evicted from the Celebrity Big Brother house. Viewers can then watch AJ Odudu and Will Best speak to the evictee in their first live interview on Celebrity Big Brother: Late & Live at 10:30pm on ITV2 and ITVX.

I think what's more impressive is that in just 5 episodes it was streamed "over 7 million times", that equates to around 1.3m per episode extra.

After dipping to 1.5m on Sunday. It rebounded to 1.8m last night.

I think it needs to stay in that 1.8-2.0m area really in overnights.

Pretty average, be interesting to see what the official figures will be.

It will probably end up having rated about 1m more than the civilian series which isn't great imo for a three week celeb run on ITV1

I imagine only diehard BB fans stuck with it. Most of the Celebs were dull and boring. IMO the whole series was pretty boring.
Having said that, Brads eviction was fantastic and will be my lasting memory of CBB24.
