I really like Brighton actually, used to stay down there a lot. My fave beach by miles is Winchelsea Beach though. Never busy, has (or used to) have an old school 70's/80's vibe.
Camber is great for the sand, i remember walking up the sandy dunes, feeling the heat of the sand on my bare feet. However, it gets so busy and is generally a sh!thole nowadays.

Yeah i love that feeling you get when you go down the coast, and see the sea, smell the air. It's just a whole different vibe. So much more chill.
