Here's something that happened in a school I was working at; I didn't directly work with either child, so it had nothing to do with me. So thankfully I didn't need to be involved too much. But there were two lads who were ... not exactly "going out", but both liked each other. They were planning a sleepover, and in the circumstances it was a safeguarding issue, due to age of consent. If they were a boy and a girl, the school would immediately tell both sets of parents, almost automatically. But of only one was out to his family, which murkied the waters a bit.

You'll get what you're given. Whoever wins are put in place and will work for the globalists and not for us.
The only election that matters this year is Trump vs the globalists. Last edited by Alf; 23-05-2024 at 05:40 PM. |

Aw Kate you must be even more confused after this thread.
Stick all the names of the different Parties standing in your constituency, ( preferably leaving the Cons out though), in a cup or hat and pick one out. Unless you've managed to securely satisfy yourself on Reform. Good luck. |

reform are an even more extreme version of ukip. If people really want to veer toward Trump type politics in the UK then reform is their best choice.
Wave goodbye to any form of democracy |

UKIP, I quite liked some of their social policies. However on Europe, the NHS and immigration. I could never have looked at UKIP. Reform however I think you describe them correctly. An even more extreme version of UKIP. I'm afraid I like more justice, fairness, compromise and compassion in my politics. Which is why I am where I am politically. I want this rotten government out, so until we've got PR in elections. There's only one certain way to get them out. I hope it happens. |

I've made some headway with my decision. I'm definitely going to vote (was going to abstain originally) but 100% NOT for Tory or Labour parties.
I've voted Labour all my life but Keir Starmers policies go against the grain for me and I don't want him in power. So I'm still considering which way to go.

Mainly Immigration and this National Service nonsense. I'm not incredibly politically minded but I know I don't agree with those.

Oh, my error. I didn't fully answer the question correctly. National Service is of course a Conservative policy and on those grounds I wouldn't vote them either. Labour is mainly their immigration policies, as MTVN asked.

I do appreciate that's a big issue but it's a difficult one, it'll be interesting what Labour actually pledge to do in their manifesto about it |

reform and labour are almost polar opposites in terms of political views. My advice would be to not vote rather than vote for a party because you have negative thoughts on others. If you really want to vote, then go listen to the candidates in your area and see which one makes the most sense individually, and vote for them. Then, at least, you are voting for positive reasons
