It's ridiculous how Ryan wasn't given a chance, just because of a little thing he said in his VT. Anyone would think he confessed to punching kittens in the face & spitting on old aged pensioners....the level of disgust people had for him.

And as I've said before , previous housemates have said far worse extreme things in their VT...which today would reject them from even getting picked as a housemate ,as they'd be lynched before they made it to the house entrance.

Agree with this but also see why ITV felt like they had to censor it, I don't think its right to censor people but they probably don't want to look like they're promoting either side and cause up roar. Tbf though the fact that they are doing that probably helped promote the message more as I think for a lot of people the t shirt wouldn't even have registered ( me included) now we all know what it means

I'll be honest ...I didn't even see her t-shirt as anything political/ controversial ,it just looked like a watermelon,I've seen a ton of watermelon design in clothing which are innocent enough. But the problem now is ...is wearing a watermelon now seen as some secret political statement? .

In Ali's case she's known to do this ...as she will likely be very 'pro Palestine' , but maybe the outrage wouldn't have been the same if another housemate wore that same t-shirt.

It's just really bizarre how a watermelon t-shirt can cause this much controversy. I wonder if BB have secretly said anything to Ali , censoring it is a bit much.
