Would Lammy be an interim Deputy PM, until a new Deputy Party Leader is chosen? Or is the role split permanent?

i don't know any of the new names, so i wouldn't have a clue if they were good or bad. Thing is, it doesn't take long to find out, so if they don't perform, Starmer is a goner
