You can’t compare todays media coverage with what we had 50 years ago … I don’t even remember her dying or it being reported let alone any concerns for her health and I loved her and the Carpenters music

I watched her on the Good Hang podcast with Amy Poehler this week and she seems very happy and content, which - given everything she's been through, and having lost her grandmother recently too - is something.

I guess it's just the Hollywood thing, being healthy to the point of looking worrying
