Just a thought as someone online mentioned was that she isn’t worried or embarrassing and the way she currently looks .. maybe she is even proud ??
What’s that condition called where you don’t realise how underweight you really are l Anyways if she was in the slightest bit concerned of how she appears she wouldn’t be wearing a top like this in public
