I just posted it for some ideas.
Sometimes I find having a good cry helps and of course SHOPPING!
But today I just cant seem to get things off my mind.
Im going to go and watch grease now though lol and see if i feel any happier.So good night people

When I'm feeling down, everybody sees it too, my fave shows it, I can't lie. Bue I don't like moaning people so I'm not moaning but I'm frustrated and upset for everything. I'm easily violent and argumentative when I'm upset, everybody knows we shouldn't even talked to me when I'm upset. Only music, sleep and chocolate + a phone call to my girlfriend can bring me back to the normal Remy.

That works for me too ... nothing like a good murder to cheer you up eh?

Nah I think it's because it takes your mind of it as you don't like to miss any part of CSI.

I like to be alone, Whether that is going for a walk with my dog, or upstairs in peace doesnt really matter.

I also write in my diary a lot, I let all the words spill out that are running around my head. I dont try to write something structured, just pour my brain out onto paper.
