It is blatant sexual harrassment, Im glad someone pointed that out, theyre treating her like a piece of meat just cos shes flirty! If that was happening in a workplace they would be sacked! noone deserves to be treated like that. If sara was a man he'd be a player but cos shes a woman shes been totally disrespected.

Rex never said anything that bad, it was Darnell who was using the abusive language. Rex than apologised for anything he may have said but Darnell just sat there.

With all due respect – and resisting the temptation to rise to your obvious provocation - I think it may actually be your good self who is unclear on the definition. Darnell, as you know, is clearly guilty of the first four (on numerous occasions). Still, at least he hasn’t committed ‘sexual assault or rape’. Yet.

Their are a huge amount of people from all walks of life who become drunk or thick and make themselves guilty of the first four though. But nobody calls it sexual harrasment unless they take life as seriously as they take themselves. They just call it being a tosser.

Technically, yes. It probably covers the guidelines for what is considered sexual harassment. However. If Sara went into a police station and said "some boys called me some names"... well, she'd be laughed out.

Just because something technically means it's an offence, doesn't mean it's actually an offence.

Infact, I'm rather glad the police don't commit time to women complaining about small name calling. Comforting, some might say.
