i know its bad for you but drinking diet coke helps,it makes you feel full and its like 1 calorie or something

Tomorrow, I'm having a Weight Watchers Pasta Bake for dinner.

Edit: One thing I will NOT be doing. Is giving up fizzy drink, sorry cant do it.

My biggest vice is crisps, I am literally addicted to them, I can't go a day without them and if I can get away with it, I'd eat too. I use telly as an excuse, like "Oh something big is happening in Corrie tonight, I'll have a a packet when I watching!".

I love diet soda. They're always extra fizzy but then I'm worried about the aspartame

What you could do is cut down to one packet a day, then one packet every other day ..

hmm like when i attempted 2 4 6 diet,i changed it to 6 8 10 though and still nearly passed out every day

i remember reading you should have 5 portions of food a day [small] as it'll fill you up and it's better than 3 meals a day..
eating slower fills you up too

Yeah I was thinking of going every second day without any and then the other days just trying to only have one, I'll start that on Friday after my no fizzy drinks day tomorrow!

Which is NOT good. We're encouraging healthy eating and being fit and sexy and slim[mer] on here through SENSIBLE ways.

Xmas is a good time of year to lose weight apparently.. if you have willpower through that, you'll have it through everything.
Also, people comeback and say "i gained so much weight!" and you're like "i lost some. HAH"
