Thats somthing you dont hear everyday, Especially bus stops I dont know if it is in England but in Ireland its Illegal to smoke at bus stops. But Unfortunatly people dont care and still do it

the ironic thing is that you are not allowed to smoke in a normal bus shelter anyway because it is enclosed by 4 sides

What about smoking areas which are pretty much the same as bus stops but see through? They're enclosed kind of ...

...is the picture of the 'bus shelter' online anywhere?

btw, I use a Zimmer frame and mine has no step ladder.... shame actually, would come in very handy at times, lol!
