It hasn't been stretched, it's a photograph of a screen taken from an angle which distorts the perspective.

Was Caroline Flack a government advisor who broke rules introduced by them on everyone else? Ridiculous comparison

She was, yes, which is still awful. However, she was also (quite blatantly) in the midst of a mental health breakdown. Are you suggesting that Dom has been struggling with his mental health? I haven't seen any suggestion or indication of that? Although... getting your kid in a car and driving 30 miles to test your eyesight isn't exactly sane so maybe .

If he’d apologised and admitted he was wrong as soon as the story first came out then maybe I’d have some sympathy. Instead he’s arrogantly dismissed people’s concerns and been defended by the government, and implied that his actions can be excused as he was only being a ‘good parent’ when thousands of ordinary parents and families have had to make huge sacrifices. It makes me so angry.

Also why does no one seem to be bringing up the fact he returned to work on the SAME day he went home and found out his wife was ill? Don’t the rules say you have to self isolate right away?

Well she said she felt better and told him to go back to work.......a few discrepancies and that’s one of them...why didn’t one of those journalists bring it up?....

Presumably they weren’t sure it was Covid .. many have had flu bugs and other things over the last few months .. it’s not always the virus

The guidance was if you displayed symptoms of coronavirus to isolate with the rest of your household for 14 days, not guess whether it might be another virus altogether and go into work anyway.
