William and Harry have both spoken out in the past about receiving mental health care for their problems from the Palaces own private MH specialists they can call on.
Nobody knew this until they chose to talk about it in their roles/ involvement with mental health organizations. Charles has also spoken about receiving help.
If 2 future Kings can admit to it, I don't see how they are worried about it harming their image. It would be seen as a good thing that a newcomer was getting all the help they could provide which she was in many ways.
I don't believe she was refused help at all.

Harry has spoken about his own Mental health issues since his mother died..he has even spoken about the fact that he sought help (which makes it all the more unrealistic that she couldnt get any)...he has spoken about it more than once.
So why would the Firm be embarrassed when one of their own has admitted to it???

What gets me is that she releases something every time one of the royals has a important event or birthday or wedding anniversary or whatever. Then out comes an annoucement or a new photo on the very same day, over and over again. This time it was a picture of Louis on his birthday - and she is pictured with Archie. It's really weird.

She made a big scene about the last time she was papped out walking with Archie, that was ages ago when they were living in Canada. She hasn't been papped with him since, but now it just happens to be the time of Louis's birthday... Lets see if she sues this time.
