Our daughter was stung by a bee ( extremely painful) this morning and a few hours later one of granddaughters was stung by a wasp !!

Had some severe pain in my left foot throughout most of today (up to this point; it’s a little better now) so I’ve mostly been in bed.

@Redway …with regards to your foot pains…?…you do need to get it checked out as soon as you can…your can be caused by certain medications also, like diuretics for instance are huge gout creators and it’s extraordinarily uncomfortable, I believe…so the sooner it’s diagnosed and medicated…?…let us know how you get on…

Yeah. Coupled with having extremely flat feet, I want to go under the knife this year, get my feet properly sorted. The bunions, the potential gout and cramps that follow. It can be a lot. It’s better I have surgery on top of whatever-else there might be to treat these issues.

Surgery is never fun. Hopefully it is easy enough for you to recover but even so pays off longterm. Little is more valuable than our health.

I went to specsavers with my partner this morning for his eye test. New glasses. Then we had lunch out and a browse round the retail park. Used my super drug card in store, bargains. No need to cook tonight, we were full up.
