There a difference between photoshopping and creating a whole fake image. This is not Kate’s work this is a professional job that they thought could fool us.

If it was just one time you'd think just incompetent PR but there are not at least three dodgy photos floating around... it's certainly getting very weird and there are quite clearly some pretty major issues that they for whatever reason don't want out in the public.

At the very least, people have to admit that it's odd that this was supposedly a planned surgical procedure, but she's had to cancel a number of public engagements for it. Doesn't sound all that planned? At least not much in advance.

And also... there aren't any actual verified photographs of Kate, anywhere, for several weeks BEFORE the surgery.

Nope I don't see an issue here at all, I could go to the docs tomorrow and they might tell me I need a procedure and they will book me in for two weeks Tuesday, that is a planned procedure, i,e I am not in an emergency ambulance heading to A and E with a burst appendix .....

Done in-house by Royal PR because they would have to trust an externally contracted professional photo editor a HECK of a lot to say "Hey please fake up a picture of Kate for us to release to the press and don't tell anyone it's fake pls lol".

So a semi-amateur PR staffer has done it over-confidently and probably now no longer has a job.

It's a wider discussion point. Photos and videos can no longer be trusted, so what can be trusted? The AP and others, provide a valuable service alerting when things have been manipulated. There can't be one rule for people out to create mischief and another for someone trying to present an enhanced public image. It may seem uncaring when the subject is recovering from a serious health issue, but the intentions were still to hoodwink the public. They didn't need to publish a photo, it was their choice to do so. I do believe it should be a lesson learned exercise and everyone should now move on rather than continue to pile pressure on someone recovering from illness

i can only speak for myself, but i'm not invested enough in the royal family to give much of a toss. I can sympathise when one of them is ill, i can be critical when they try to obfuscate/hoodwink, but that's it. It is of no importance to me otherwise. I am much more concerned with issues that i can influence the outcome

I can't find it in myself to speculate endlessly about it, until I know something is definately up if she doesn't appear around Easter which was the original timeframe given then yes I will say something is up, but until then I personally don't get all the speculation, if they are having issues its very sad but they obviously do not want to share with the public so we have to accept that for now

While Kate was being kept locked up by William, who beat her to a pulp, her sister Pippa was on holiday in the Caribbean in February, sunning herself and frolicking in the sea, not caring one bit about the recent goings - on.

Pippa must be as cold as ice, because she also called her latest baby Rose, after Big Willys bit on the side. Makes sense, eh?

I suppose it does if you are nuts….or desperately want bad things to be happening to good people….
