rosin spectacularly organized but no originality

daniel was doing what he knew sort of, but lacked figures and didnt really prove his salesmanship

so bianca and her tights, an enormous market place which could attract bank robbers for headgear...she seems to have organisation, determination and an idea...though lacks any experience in that field...she also lacks charisma

mark, my fave from day 1.....brilliant salesman, through researcher, looked a quality business plan, numero uno salesman.....not the best results in terms of winning teams though in the 10 weeks and search engine optimization is truly a flooded market

id make bianca the sslight favourite simply because shes in a slightly less rowded marlet place, but im intrigued to know more of their plans

Interesting final 2, would've never called Biancca a front-runner in this but now I don't know. I really hope Mark wins as I don't really like her much and i've liked Mark since day 1. Poor Roisin though as if it was down to performance over the weeks she deserved it 100%! I would love to go into business with her. And bless Solomon he's so adorable haha

well all you need it £750,000 in a saturated market, crazy venture and her market research was non existent. her plan was embarassing, she got lost in irrelevant minutiae

The only thing that annoys me about this show is how drama is put ahead of what the actual concept of the show is.

Katie was one great example. Lord Sugar didn't like her business plan, so she had pretty much wasted filling in probably one large application, meeting with producers, writing a long business plan and wasting two or more months in London. Why even bother having her there in the first place?! Rosin is another one too, her product already existed.. if the interviewers found that pretty easily then surly she could have been written off before the show started?!

The style of interviews is poor too and a poor representation of real interviews. Claude's attitude towards Soloman being the obvious example. No handshake and then speaks in a rude manner raising his voice towards Soloman. I've observed a fair few interviews in different sectors and when you dismiss someone from the interview you talk in a calm and polite manner, don't go shouting and acting like a dick.

I understand they want drama on this show to entertain us but they still need to get the balance right. Have applications whittled down and have Lord Sugar have a good look through 50+ of the applications, writing off the ones that are completely pointless or will waste time, or ones that Lord Sugar doesn't like the business ideas of.

I can see Biancca winning, she's got a potentially great business plan, she's good at staying professional (although needs to work on making it look natural rather than robotic) and she's a bit like Leah last year, it's something LS will be unsure of but it has potential.

Mark's great but I think Lord Sugar will see him as too perfect and think he will be fine on his own and won't need the partnership/money as much as Biancca does.

Why should that stop Lord Sugar.
Everyone is screaming that Bianca has a great plan. All she really has is found a gap in the market which I for one dont believe exists or that it wont be filled before she gets her feet on the ground.
Perhaps someone can tell us exactly what gap she has found and check on google to see that it really hasnt been filled. LS says he asked his wife and she didnt seem to now either.
LS I suppose can introduce her to the supermarkets which is really all she needs. But there again he could do that with any product.
I get the feeling that this time LS has really 'lost' it. All the last lot dont really have anything he could remotely want.
Next time I am sure he will study their business plans a bit better before the show starts.

Why someone like Solomon doesnt go to a professional to prepare his business plan before the show beats me. Does one really have to sign like homework that it is all unaided.
Roisin says she is going ahead regardless. One wonders where the money will be coming from. I would say like Helen in the past one of the large food outfits should offer to employ her. I wouldnt be surprised if that happens.
