“Forbidden door” as in WWE or Impact?..
Ali is still very much signed as far as I can tell whereas Hardy is a free agent, so “forbidden door” wouldn’t apply surely. For some reason Shane McMahon instantly came to mind after everything going on with him this past week since the Rumble. Last edited by LaLaLand; 05-02-2022 at 02:37 PM. |

Ah, Jeff then probs.
As long as it gets Matt out of the ridiculous angle he’s in now and we have a somewhat Hardy reunion in AEW then I’m all for it. |

I find it hard to believe he would go back to WWE that makes no sense to me. I think he'll either be back with AEW at some point or he could be involved with the relaunch of ROH.

Apparently Cody left AEW over disagreements with Tony Khan.
Cody wanted to be the top paid guy, do more booking/creative for the company and also refused to turn heel. The booking bit is hilarious - he’s left his OWN COMPANY because he can’t have as much input as he’d like with feuds and storylines, to go back to WWE where his input will be ZERO, just for money basically. |
