Natalie is one of my least favorites ever (although weirdly probably not the worst on her season, Joel really sucks). I don't mind a cut throat player but the way she went about it was so unappealing.

I've been looking ahead to HvV, and I know almost three quarters of the cast (there's 20 in that season right?), and the way it's shaping up in my head, I will be backing the villains <3

Yeah, there's 20. HvV has a quality cast on both sides IMO but the villains are for sure more entertaining overall.

I didn't mind it per say, but I thought the all stars outshone the fans (and outcompeted/ outsmarted) - I think a regular all stars should have been done instead because how would the likes of Chet or Tracy or Kathy compete against experienced players

I guess they kinda wanted to bridge the gap, cos it had been the same amount of time since All-Stars, but wanted to save a full returner season for 10th anniversary

It was originally going to be an All Stars season but they ended up going with the FvF format (Shane and Yul were both cut when this changed)

Shane being robbed of a return because of Fan vs. Fav makes the theme even worse.

(I don't actually mind the FvF format though personally I just think they could do a better job with who they pick as fans)

Omg I'm sold on this season!! Erik giving up immunity is just hilarious. I've come round to the Black Widow Brigade, and Erik is probably the worst player from the first sixteen seasons.

Post-merge this is probably my favourite season, the amount of blindsides is just great, all thanks to the Black Widow alliance

So, just finished Micronesia. This season is full of amazing moments, blindsides, gameplay blunders etc. But, the cast is really not that rootable. The fans side was full of duds and the favourites side contained some douches, who generally became douchier and gained traction in the game. Stand-out moments were Jason's fake idol, Ozzy's blindside and the girls convincing Erik to give up his immunity That one was just incredible. I also feel like this season kinda took Survivor to a new level of cutthroat and backstabbing?

Probably knowing that Parvati was going to win tainted my feeling of the season admittedly; she's a good social player but I just find her a little to far on the wrong side of being mean-spirited.

I once again really liked Eliza after she grew on me throughout Vanuatu, and I was gutted when she, Ami, Kathy and Tracey left in quick succession.
Cirie is great entertainment and a great player but I feel she does have an air of arrogance.
Joel is honestly one of the worst Survivors ever: he enters the unholy trinity with Judd and Rocky.
Yau and Fairplay should have stayed longer!
Ozzy's speech to Amanda might have been cute if he hadn't told Alexis at one point he liked her and wanted to get to know her?...
Natalie was the breakout star of this season! She ended up being really great entertainment

I think Jeff compliments Tracey saying she was the most underrated player this season. I'd love to see her again. I loved this season because of all the backstabbing/gameplaying
