You are all missing what BB could have done...they have announced the punishment (on BBLB)after he has left the diary room i imagine and has already bumped/talked to the 2 people.

If he talked to ..lets say Bea first/second and they want her up this week and it looks like it wasnt going to happen during noms then they would have come up with this punishment to make sure shes up

Otherwise he'd just avoid people he likes the most wouldn't he? And the punishment would be pointless.

I just wondered because If he'd have know then that would have forced him to nominate, due to having to stay away from the people he likes!

As much as I like Siavash, this messing around with nominations is getting very tiresome. It is part of the very fabric of the show that people nominate each week. Siavash should just suck it up and nominate.

Why does he keep doind that I hope the two people he comes into contact with our Bea and Charlie or even maybe Lisa, as it would mean that she will be up, but it states that the two people he comes in contact with after leaving the DR are the two people he has nominated, he really should not keep messing with the nomination process!

he should also be put up for nomt nominating as it is a blaten disregards for the rules, don't get me wrong I am a fan of Siavash but his antics are becoming quite tedious

According to this story on the official site, Marcus has said he voted for Bea and David. And it looks like Bea also voted for David.

George says this on BBLB, i can reveal the punishment to you, Big Brother has decided that the first two people he comes into contact with after leaving the diary room, will be his (first) two nominations. Notice what it says in the brackets. are we to assume he has to nominate again or another?
